These terms apply to your use of brightpinesindia.org, run by Bright Pines Foundation, A-91 Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi 110017. By using the website, you agree to them.

Our programmes for schools, colleges and universities are governed by the written proposal or agreement we sign with each institution. If that document says something different from these terms, the written proposal or agreement applies.

Submitting a request form, calling or writing to us does not create a contract. A booking is confirmed only when your institution and Bright Pines Foundation agree a written proposal, including the plan, schedule and fee.

Please give accurate information in our forms. You confirm that you are authorised to make the request on behalf of your institution.

You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful, or to send spam or misleading information;
• try to break into, overload or disrupt the website or the systems behind it; or
• copy large parts of the website, or collect information from it automatically, without our written permission.

The text, design, logo and materials on this website, and the materials we use in our programmes, belong to Bright Pines Foundation or are used with permission. Institutions may use programme materials we share for their own educational purposes. They may not resell or republish them without our written permission.

Our programmes show students how to use AI tools made by other companies. Those tools have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they work or change. Links to other websites are for convenience; we do not control their content.

We work hard to make every programme useful. We cannot guarantee particular results, such as marks, admissions, internships, jobs or placements.

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent Indian law allows, Bright Pines Foundation is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Our liability for a programme is limited to the fee paid for it under the written proposal.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of New Delhi.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
