About Bright Pines Foundation

Seven years of work for students. Now, AI education.

Bright Pines Foundation is a non-profit in New Delhi. Since 2019 we have repaired village schools, built toilets and clean water, given books to children, worked for a cleaner environment and supported families through COVID. Now we aim to make the same difference in AI education, for teachers and students in schools and for final-year college students getting ready for work.

Why we do this

AI has changed how people learn and work.

Students can get an answer to almost anything in seconds, and offices are changing how work gets done. What matters now is using AI well and knowing when to think for yourself.

Thinking first

Students try first, ask better questions, check what AI says and make their own decisions.

Safety and honesty

Privacy, scams, deepfakes and honest use, learned with teachers involved.

Useful in life and work

Skills they can use in their studies, at home and in their first job.

Our mission

Help every student use AI safely and wisely while keeping their own judgement.

Our vision

A generation that learns, works and lives confidently with AI.

What we do now

What we do

Both programmes teach students to use AI with good judgement in real life.

AI Learning for Schools

Thinking with AI: two programmes, one for teachers and one for students, that build one habit. Think first, use AI as a helper, check what it says, and take responsibility for the final answer. Taught on your campus, planned around CBSE and IB guidelines.

  • Teachers first, in their own subject
  • Students practise the five steps on their own textbooks
  • Safety, privacy and honest use

Final-year college students

AI for Careers

Job-ready AI training for students in non-technical courses, run with colleges and placement cells. Students learn the AI skills employers now expect. No coding needed.

  • Core AI ideas, explained simply
  • Everyday AI tools for work
  • Simple automation and new ways of working

Giving back. We also run free AI sessions for students in government schools and underprivileged communities.

Our story

From fixing schools to teaching AI

From 2019 to 2025 we worked on the things that stopped children from learning: broken classrooms, no toilets and unsafe water. We also helped families through COVID. In 2026 we moved all our work to AI education, because learning to use AI well is now one of the biggest gaps students face.

  1. 2019

    Schools first

Founded by Jorawar Singh Rathore. We began with village schools: repairing classrooms and adding furniture so children no longer sat on the floor.

  2. 2019–2020

    Toilets and clean water

Separate toilets for girls, boys and staff, so girls stay in school. RO drinking-water systems in rural schools, with hygiene sessions.

  3. 2020–2021

    The COVID years

Dry rations for families in Delhi, and more than two lakh N95 masks handed out across India through both waves.
